  • Who are you, what is “The Beast”?

The Beast UK (hereafter referred to as “The Beast”) is a United Kingdom Company, located in the South West of England, UK.

 

  • I live outside of the United Kingdom – how can I purchase from you?

Yes, international buyers are welcomed, with both payment, and postage options listed below.

 

  • Do you modify machines for other people / can I send you my 606 / 303?

The Beast no longer accepts client supplied TR-606s / TB-303s for modification, however, other machines will still be taken for modification and/or servicing.

 

  • What payment methods are accepted? Do you accept PayPal?

The Beast accepts cheques within the United Kingdom, and BACS transfers (any amount) / Paypal (smaller purchases only) from anywhere in the world.

 

  • What postal methods do you use?

Most UK deliveries are made with Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Service, affording full insurance, and track&trace.

Cheaper international deliveries are made using Royal Mail’s Airsure Service, affording full insurance, and track&trace.

Due to the increasing cost and difficulty of arranging adequate insurance for the international transport of high value items, customers will be advised to make their own pick-up arrangements for some specific items, using one of the usual international couriers (FedEx, UPS, etc). The Beast is happy to assist with such arrangements.

All prices given are exclusive of postal costs.

 

  • Do stated prices include VAT (sales tax) / will I be liable for import duties?

Customers within the EU have all relevant taxes pre-paid by The Beast (ie stated prices are inclusive – there are no additional taxes to pay) Goods exported outside of the EU may be liable for import taxes, levied by external governments, for which the customer may be liable.
